Monday 9am - 8.45pm
Tuesday - 6am - 8.45pm
Wednesday - 6am - 8.45pm
Thursday - 9am - 8.45pm
Friday - 6am - 8.45pm
Saturday - 9am - 5pm
How do I get Glofox?
GloFox app is completly free This is available for all Smart Phones. Simply download from your app store, search for 'Parky's Peak Performance'
How do I book an induction?
Unsure if our Gym is the place for you? We Offer FREE inductions to all Clients to welcome you on board. To Book an Induction with us at Parky's Peak Performance Gym - Simply Pop Us a Message or Give us a Call and we can schedule this for you.
How do I purchase a membership?
Once you are registered with us you will see three icons at the bottom of the screen being 'Timetable', 'Bookings' and 'Memberships'. Click on memberships then click the box under 'Gym Membership' and this will show you all the membership types that we offer
